With almost a 100 year old history, this family-run restaurant is really a landmark and example of how an establishment should be run. Primarily a deli, Michael Psilakis makes a visit anytime he's in NYC. This cold-smoked salmon, sliced very thin is perfect on top a bagel with some cream cheese.
