This is no ordinary apple pie, so don't be swayed by the simple title. Our chef Duff Goldman always grabs a couple of slices when in the Pie Town and another to take back home. These pies have been sold since the early 30's and hence the town was eventually named after the sought after attraction. What makes it different to the traditional slice? The use of pine nuts and green chiles!
