Mark Alan Dacascos was born in 1964 and is also known as The Chairman!.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Marc has enjoyed tremendous success as an actor and martial artist. But where most of us in the culinary world have gotten to know him is for his appearances as the official chairman on Iron Chef America and Australia. This relationship occurred as he is the nephew of the original chairman, Takeshi Kaga. With dozens of films and tv appearances under his belt stemming from 1985, he continues to move ahead.
