Alright, yes we know what you are thinking and it's was exactly our train of thought as well. But we feel that you'll also be pleasantly surprised when you actually take a bite out of this brain! Simon Majumdar recommends this dish and really feels it's one of those sandwiches that most people won't try and miss out on an amazing meal! Who would have though deep fried brain was so yummy?
