Serving food to locals since 1984, these guys have really figured it out. Back in those days chef Marcela Valladolid used to visit as a child and eat this amazingly delicate dish. She clearly remembers the flavors and textures of the shrimp with lobsters in the puff pastry that would flake with the slightest touch. Plus the cream sherry on top really made it complete.
